Adam Ward

Adam began working in the payment and POS industry in 2021, focused on helping businesses adopt modern, scalable systems that fit how they actually operate.

Since then, he has built and supported a portfolio of 170+ individual businesses, collectively processing over $150 million in annual transaction volume. His approach is hands-on and practical — working directly with business owners to select the right technology, oversee installations, and provide ongoing support.

At the start of 2026, Adam assumed ownership of Colorado Retail Solutions to help guide long-standing CRS clients through the transition to newer, more capable hardware and software — preserving existing relationships while expanding system options and modern capabilities.

Adam remains directly involved with clients and installations, ensuring CRS maintains its reputation for responsive local service and long-term partnership.

Victor Fernandez

Victor was hired in 2024 to work directly alongside Adam, providing Spanish-language sales and client support.

Today, Victor serves as CRS’s primary Spanish-speaking agent, leading sales efforts and providing the majority of ongoing support for Spanish-speaking clients. He works closely with business owners through system selection, onboarding, and long-term support, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience at every stage.

Victor plays a key role in expanding CRS’s reach within Colorado’s Spanish-speaking business community and supporting future growth while maintaining CRS’s hands-on, local service model.

Mark Olson brings more than five decades of experience serving businesses in Grand Junction and throughout Western Colorado.

As the former owner of CRS, Mark now serves in a consulting role, helping ensure continuity for long-standing clients and providing guidance during the transition to modern systems. His deep knowledge of legacy hardware, long-term client relationships, and service-first approach continues to be a valuable asset to CRS.

Larry has been with CRS longer than anyone on the current team and plays a key role in day-to-day service operations.

With extensive experience across a wide range of systems, Larry oversees service coordination and supports both technicians and clients, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and correctly.

John is CRS’s lead technician and the most technically experienced member of the service team.

He handles complex installations, advanced troubleshooting, and system-level support, making him a critical resource for both clients and internal operations.

Jon Beneteau

Service Technician

Jon supports system installations, maintenance, on-site service, and ongoing technical support, working closely with the CRS service team to ensure reliable operation for clients.

In addition to support, Jon also assists with live POS system demonstrations and client onboarding, helping businesses understand system capabilities and feel confident moving forward.
